Q. How can I place my order?

Q. How do I know my order is confirmed?
A. Once your order is successfully placed , we will send a confirmation mail to your registered mail.

A. You can check the order status on your order list.

Q. Can I change my delivery address after place an order?
A. You can change your delivery address at any time before shipping your item.

Delivery:

Q. When I will receive my order item?
A. It will take 2-3 days time to receive your item, And in particular locations we are providing same day delivery.

Q. Can I open and check the item before accepting delivery.
A. Present it is only available for some locations.

Q. Can I pay delivery charges to delivery guy?
A. No need to pay. You have to pay invoice amount which you received along with your product.

Cancellations & Returns:

Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. Login to your account and go to my orders and select the order which you want to cancel.

Q. How can I get my refund?
A. We will initiate a refund to your bank account. Our Customer support will collect your bank details through mail.

Q. How can I return/replace an item?
A. Before you request a return, check the seller’s return policy in the listing for the seller’s return period and other information. Click on "Return/Replace" below and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact.
